He has provided executive coaching and conflict resolution services to some of the nation's most prominent people. Joe has been quoted extensively in the press as an expert on organizational development. He has appeared in such diverse publications as Entrepreneur, the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Washington Post, and Credit Union Times. Joe is currently under contract with Pinon Press for a book on organizational development. After earning his Master's degree in psychological counseling from the University of Maryland in 1970, Joe developed his ideas and theories about systems from decades spent working with couples and families.
