Jeanne is a TAG co-founder and has 30 years of consulting experience with individuals, groups, organizations, and communities. Jeanne’s passion and expertise focuses on assessing and developing individuals and groups through coaching, team building and leadership development at all levels. Jeanne has particular expertise in developing customized succession plans for companies of all sizes.
Jeanne organizes seminars and retreats that focus on conflict management, in addition to other personal and professional development areas. She is certified in Myers-Briggs, using this helpful tool creatively with groups, management teams, and as part of executive leadership assessment. Industries encompassing financial, construction, healthcare, hospitality, and telecommunications as well as non-profit groups, and federal agencies have recently benefited from Jeanne’s expertise and engaging delivery.
Prior to her association with TAG, Jeanne co-founded a successful multidisciplinary group psychotherapy practice in Northern Virginia. Jeanne earned her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Board Certified Diplomat.
