Jeanne Snapp is a Senior Consultant and co-founder of TAG Consulting. Her 35-year career has focused on the development of individuals and organizations. She provides individual, team, and organizational assessment. Jeanne is an experienced executive coach and provides leadership development at all levels. She excels in succession planning, manager training, training in conflict management, communication skills as well as interviewing and hiring practices. Jeanne is adept at facilitating staff planning, development, and team building sessions to create positive, highly effective teams and cultures. She has extensive experience guiding individuals and organizations through change, conflict, and reorganization. She participated in the development of TAG's 360° PERFORMULA leadership assessment tool and has custom designed competencies for many organizations. Jeanne works with many teams using Meyers-Briggs, as well as CoreClarity / Strengthsfinder talent assessment and development. Jeanne has used her skills and experience successfully with many organizations within the Federal Aviation Administration (including the Office of Aviation Research, En Route Planning, IT, Budget Office), in addition to the US Treasury Department’s Bureau of Public Debt, Georgetown University’s English for Heritage Language Speakers program, Inova Health System, the Chickasaw Nation, among others. She facilitated a highly successful international relationship building retreat between the next generation of South Korean and US political advisors for the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation. Prior to her association with TAG, Jeanne co-founded a successful multidisciplinary group psychotherapy practice in Northern Virginia. Her experience working with individuals, couples, and families provided her with a rich base in the theory of psychological systems and development that is the foundation for TAG's work with organizations. Jeanne received a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. |
