Rex Miller joined TAG Consulting as a Senior Partner in the beginning of 2010. In his recent book, The Commercial Real Estate Revolution, Rex describes the dysfunction of an industry struggling with old paradigms and behavior. The book provides nine transforming keys for lowering cost, cutting waste and driving change in this $1.4 trillion industry. The challenges that confront the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry are the same threats facing all traditional institutions and industries. In 2006, Rex formed and led the Mindshift Consortium, underwritten by Haworth. This collection of leading A/E/C firms and organizations conducted the research on how to transform a highly dysfunctional and wasteful industry.
