TAG Consulting Senior Partner Marino oversees the operations of both the Government and General Business Consulting Divisions of TAG, while also leading its Capital Stewardship Consulting Practice. He formerly served as COO at RSI, Inc., the leading Capital Stewardship Consultancy in the U.S. Mr. Marino’s experience includes 20 years as a Senior Executive and Consultant to the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. His corporate background includes sixteen years with the Frito-Lay Division of PepsiCo. While there, Mike led the sales development and customer marketing functions. As part of his sales development responsibilities, he co-developed three-year strategic plans and the annual operating plans for sales. He was co-owner of Prime Consulting Group, Bannockburn, IL, providing sales strategy and customer marketing plans to numerous Fortune 100 consumer goods companies. Mr. Marino’s areas of expertise include business strategy, long range planning, customer development and collaboration, organizational design and effectiveness, and capital stewardship / fundraising. His clients have included Fortune 100 companies as well as local churches and faith-based organizations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration in Management. |
