Joe is a strategic thinker, a leader in applying systems theory in organizational settings, an entrepreneur, and a well-respected leader. He is a master consultant who can reframe complex organizational problems in ways that mobilize leadership to find the right solutions. He has consulted around the country with family-owned businesses, credit unions, managed care organizations, and physician practices - including the Army leadership, the Federal Aviation Administration, and Kaiser Permanente. He is one of the most sought after problem-solvers in the nation.
As a recognized national leader in resolving organizational conflict, Joe has worked with leaders across the nation. He has provided executive coaching and conflict resolution services to some of the nation's most prominent people. Joe has been quoted extensively in the press as an expert on organizational development. He has appeared in such diverse publications as Entrepreneur, the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Washington Post, and Credit Union Times. Joe is currently under contract with Pinon Press for a book on organizational development.
After earning his Master's degree in psychological counseling from the University of Maryland in 1970, Joe developed his ideas and theories about systems from decades spent working with couples and families. He practiced, supervised, and taught systems-based family therapy in community and private practice settings.
