Chris joined TAG Consulting in 2009, working with large corporations, small businesses and non-profits, including the Federal Aviation Administration’s Leadership Learning Center, the Chickasaw Nation, and Georgetown University. In addition to being the primary client contact at the Leadership Learning Center, Chris has worked on the structure and design for the roll-out from a pilot to a national program. Chris’ expertise includes executive leadership coaching, organizational and leadership development, and strategic planning. Chris’ passion is to help leaders identify and cultivate their team’s unique talents, ultimately unleashing them for the mission of the organization. After graduating with a Business Degree from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, Chris worked for Accenture Consulting (formerly Andersen Consulting) in Washington, DC. With Accenture, Chris worked primarily on a project within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Following his work in the business field, Chris joined the executive staff of a church in Fairfax County, Virginia where he served for 10 years overseeing a team of 50 volunteers and staff. During his tenure the church grew nearly 1000%. |
