Todd Hahn is the Lead Pastor of Next Level Church near Charlotte, North Carolina. He has experience as a church planter, senior pastor, small business owner, and management consultant working with both for-profit and not-for-profit clients. He is gifted at helping an organization sharpen and hone its focus and direction, troubleshooting the factors that slow an organization's growth; building energy, enthusiasm, and unity among executive teams, and applying concrete action steps to strong, crystallized vision. The author or co-author of four books, Todd is one of the nation's leading thinkers on the shift from the modern to the post-modern era and its implications for organizational development, growing leaders and influencing systems. Skilled as a facilitator and at bringing clarity, momentum, and focus to organizational planning Todd has consulted with a wide variety of organizations, including the Federal Aviation Administration and Arlington County (Virginia) along with hundreds of churches and service organizations in the United States and on three other continents.
