Kurt André is a Senior Partner with TAG. Kurt’s expertise includes strategic planning, organizational and leadership development, creating high performance teams and executive leadership coaching. Kurt is a professionally certified Executive Leadership Coach. He has received numerous awards including national recognition for his leadership among non-profit network and business development, Young Leaders of America and for his international leadership and organizational development work among the former Soviet Republics. He coaches numerous international leadership teams, serves on the board of Camp Sonshine, a multi-national organization working with under-resourced children in the US and abroad. He has written numerous articles, contributed to several anthologies, has served as an adjunct professor at Eastern University and been interviewed on a number of radio broadcasts.

Kurt has worked with hundreds of organizations across the US and overseas. He has developed and implemented strategic plans in a variety of settings, but specializes in coaching individuals and leadership teams. He works with the Federal Aviation Administration, as well as law firms, the Insurance Industry, small businesses, technology companies, communication firms, construction companies, credit unions and IT companies.

After completing a BA in Sociology (he is fluent in German) and Psychology, he earned his Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and went on to study postmodernism and its impact on organizational growth and leadership development. He is now a sought-after expert in the area of postmodern studies and the implications to leadership development and business applications. Kurt’s current work is in the areas of strategic planning, leadership and organizational development and coaching.
